1Empty the yoghurt into a bowl

2Use the empty carton to measure out your flour

3Mix together until you get a dough like texture. You may need to keep adding flour a little at a time

4Pop onto your floured work surface and roll out with a floured rolling pin. If you use a 500ml tub you should be able to get around 16 mini flatbreads

5Fry for around 3/4 minutes in a very hot dry pan, I use a griddle pan to get those charcoal lines!
