1Mash everything together or blitz together in a food processor

2Fry a tablespoon amount in a little coconut oil for 2-3 mins either side

3This should make around 10 pancakes. These are a handy one to make a batch of then pop in the fridge. Perfect for breakfast in a hurry or a quick snack!

2 cups shredded coconut

3 cups plain flour

1 tin of coconut milk

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Chia seeds (optional)
